1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 tablespoon avocado oil

6 slices Colby jack cheese, cut into 4 squares each

4 slices cooked bacon, cut into thirds

2 small tomatoes on the vines, sliced into 12 slices

12 slices dill pickles

12 leaves of butter or bibb lettuce

In a large bowl, stir together the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, garlic powder, and pepper until combined. Form into 12 1 1/2-inch patties.

Heat oil in a large cast-iron skillet, add the burger patties, and cook for about 4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Top each burger with the 2 mini slices of cheese. Cover with a lid until just melted.

Remove from pan onto a plate and top with bacon slices, tomato slices, and pickles. Insert a toothpick to secure the toppings and serve immediately with the lettuce and sauce.
